The Wise Women Gathering™ is being birthed by Jo Grace, Kerrie Leather, and Rhonda Spence - three women deeply rooted in intuition, wisdom, embodiment, and ancient traditions. Each of us brings unique expertise, and together, we create an alchemy of transformation. This is more than a membership; it’s a movement back to our wild, wise, and untamed selves.

How It Works...
- 2nd February - Registration opens during the energy of Imbolc, the Celtic festival of new beginnings.
- Week commencing 3rd February - Our community manager, Rachael, welcomes you and ensures you’re fully supported.
- 5th February at 1PM GMT - Our Opening Ceremony marks the start of this sacred gathering.
- From 10th February - A weekly live calendar of events every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.
- Your Voice Matters - During BETA, your feedback will help shape this space into something truly magical.

Meet Jo - Your guide to connecting with compassion and love to your Wise Self via your beautiful body!
Jo Grace is a Psychotherapist, Human Design Reader, Nervous System Health Coach, Trainer and Public Speaker passionate about creating sustainable communities based in deep self-worth and healthy relationships. She is here, as per her Human Design, to support people to move from their survival self and into true sovereign thriving Wise Self.
Jo brings to The Wise Women Gathering™ a passion for the importance of community, belonging and co-regulation. She will be sharing her embodied wisdom around nervous system regulation and insights into Human Design.
Her work and life experience includes; over 30 years working with children, vulnerable adults and women in the Creative Arts and Drama; managing a variety of charities and projects; establishing one of the first glamping sites in Wales; writing training programmes and facilitating groups within corporate, statutory and third sectors. She began working therapeutically 18 years ago, first as a play therapist and now as a psychotherapist and coach and trainer.
Last year she wrote and delivered RegulationWise, her first Nervous System Health training for practitioners. As we are Souls having a Human experience, she loves the Nervous System Health approach as it offers so much insight, connection and empowerment for your body, which in turn supports deeper connection to our Soul. This combined with Human Design, allows Jo to deeply support people to embrace this human journey from a place of our soul’s wisdom and compassion.
Jo is known for her compassion, warmth, humour and wisdom. She brings a sense of lightness to her sessions, supporting people to move safely into regulation through a sense of curiosity, openness and play. She is also a mother to two wonderful teens and various other mammals and loves living in wild Wales, playing in the sea and woodlands and singing in her community.

Kerrie is a visionary, a firestarter, and a guide for women who are ready to reclaim their power and step into their fullest, wisest selves. As the founder of Women GLOW Wild® and co-creator of The Wise Women Gathering™, she is on a mission to create a sacred space where women unapologetically put themselves, and their energy, first.
With a degree in marketing and certifications in applied neuroscience & brain health, energy clearing, and online business consultancy, she bridges the gap between strategy and energy, guiding women to create success on their own terms. She is also currently studying an eight-month trauma-responsive breathwork certification, deepening her work in nervous system regulation and embodied healing.
One of Kerrie’s superpowers is accountability - not in a rigid, external pressure kind of way, but in a way that gently yet powerfully holds women to their deepest desires and highest visions. She knows that transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. We all need someone who sees our potential, reminds us of our truth when we forget, and holds space for us to take aligned action. Kerrie is that guide - helping women move from knowing to doing, from dreaming to fully embodying their next-level selves.
She knows that true freedom and abundance don’t come from working harder or following someone else’s blueprint. They come from trusting your gut, leading with love, embracing oneness, and reclaiming your wisdom - the foundation of the GLOW framework she created.
As a midlife woman herself, mother to two grown daughters, and a lifelong student of personal transformation, she knows first hand what it means to shed old identities, rip up the rulebook, and step into radical self-love.

Meet Rhonda - your guide through the Celtic Medicine Wheel and Shamanic spiritual practices.
Welcome, beautiful sisters! I am Rhonda, a Celtic Medicine Woman and Advanced Shamanic Practitioner trained by the esteemed Sandra Ingerman, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice.
I'm an ordained Priestess, Mistress of Ceremony and the healing arts, Cacao Ceremonialist and Trainer, Firewalking Instructor, Sweat Lodge Facilitator, Celebrant, Reiki Master, Trauma-Responsive Therapeutic Coach, fitness instructor and retreat leader.
With over 40 years of experience working with women, my soul's purpose is to "midwife my sister tribe," guiding YOU to connect deeply with your wise self, to remember who you are at your core being and who you came here to BE!
My role within our powerful trifecta, is weaving exquisite spiritual practices rooted deeply in the wisdom of the ancient Celtic lands and the medicine wheel, aligning us with the cyclical rhythms of Mother Earth.
We will honour and celebrate the sacred Sabbats, Grandmother Moon and the powerful energetic portals that illuminate our soul's path. Through ancient shamanic healing arts, journeying and drumming, I will craft magickal rituals, ceremonies and embodied practices that will ignite your luminous, potential.
Together we shall co-create a transformative space for expansion as you lay claim to your autonomous sovereignty.
